@ Shipra – Transportation facilities are easily available. It is only 5 minutes away from Sheikh Zaid Road and almost 10 minutes away from Business Bay. Oasis Mall and Al Khail Mall are near to it. Other facilities are also available in the community.
iam finding studio flat in alquoz
I have taken 2 Bed Room Appartment in Al khail gate Phase 1 Building number 47 … Nice flat ..with balcony & also have covered car park. Rent is also cheap just 38,000 dhs per year. Still there are so many flats available in Phase 1 & Phase 2.. The flats of Phase 2 also nice.It is more spacious than phase 1.But it has no covered car park or balcony. Hence i prefer phase 1 which has covered parking & balcony.
There is shuttle bus from RTA comming & going back from nearest metro station . There are other buses also towards different parts of the city. There are dubai taxis comming all the time inside the gate.Transportation is not a problem here.
For kids going to school also,most of the school buses are comming here.
There are shopping malls & supermarkets also near by. There is 24 hours opened grocery inside Al khail gate. The prices of the items also reasonable. ..
Let me share some fact about the Al khail Gate commnity. The building material used is very bad quality.
There will be leakages in every bathroom. Water leaking from back side of the flush tank. It will be leaking in the toilet bowl as well. These leakages will raise the water usage bill (dewa bill).
The paint is not properly done.
The crack will appear in the walls.
The maintenance management IDAMA, you will keep calling them and nobody will bother to come to see what is going on. The IDAMA people are so much occupied and very incompetent as well.
I am living here from Oct 2010 but the maintenance is really pathetic.
The appartments are really very spacious but not of good quality. There will be no parking space available if you will come late. You have to park it very far away from home.
The AC noise is very loud and the performance is also very poor.
It looks like its a very good appartment in this price but once you start loving in this appartment you will know these fact so its better to avoid renting any appartment here.
even after knowing this, if you are intrested try to get some higher floor appartment bcoz the leakages will be less.
Faraz, I totaly agree with you, and I would like to add that people whom are willing to rent in Al khail Gate are suppose to prepare themselves not to become deaf because of the stupid alarm system that goes on twice daily .
Sujith Pillai, may I ask you where is the (24 hours opened grocery inside Al khail gate) ?? in witch building it is ? I never knew about it please reply
